Details: Vintage 1980's silk designer dress by JL Scherrer.  Black silk with green and golden yellow dots. Padded shoulders, short sleeve, wide belt, ruched detail.  

Closures: buttons and hook and eye at front

Marked size: Fits a USA 2 or 4 depending on waist.  

Chest:  Garment chest is 38" but designed to be worn loose and blouse-like by about 33-34" chest person.

Waist: Maximum 25" waist

Hip: 35.3"

Sleeve:  13.5"

length from back neck seam : 39" to hem and 16" to waist seam
